When you down the chimney, you have to go right and place the bowl back where you found one. Now, you need to go right some more and jump up to the rope. Then, climb it to your first opening your left and jump off. After that, go all the way left until you get to the bath tub and turn on the water. Apparently, there will be a cat jump out. All that you have to do is to follow the car until it jumps down to the bottom floor. Please keep in mind that you may have to stay a ways behind it for it to do so.
You have to follow the cat to the bowl and it will drink the milk. Now, the cat will follow you around. Then, please exit the house and go back to the area where you entered the Carrot King Diner but keep going fast it until you get to Charlie’s. Do not forget to make sure that the cat is following you. When you are sure about it, then it is time for you to enter this building. Please go right and talk to the first guy that you see.
